采用挑線桿挑線，擺梭勾線，凸輪機構送料，形成鎖式線跡套結線縫。通過低張力縫制實現了完美穩定的縫制品質。套結縫紉性能穩定，套結花樣美觀。壓腳提升量大可達17mm，易于拿放布料，可以暢順地進行厚料縫制。根據用戶需要有21針、28針、35針、42針等多種套結模式的套結機產品適用于中厚、厚料一般之打結，如服裝、牛仔服、文胸、雨傘、皮包、皮帶及裙鉤、環被帶等，需要加固的均可應用。
