座包和抱枕采用側(cè)蓋式拉鏈窗非常廣泛，縫制需要多道工序才能完成，效率低，而且縫制品質(zhì)難以控制。

為了解決這些問題，我們特別設(shè)計制作了一種可一次縫制成型的助縫裝置安裝在HY-1562N雙針上把這個繁瑣的工作變成一個簡單的工作，效率明顯提高，配以可調(diào)整與主機同步的牽引輔助裝置的牽引下縫制出來的效果非常平直美觀。

The side zipper window is widely used in seating bag and soft cushion .It will take several kinds of process to finish sewing with low efficiency ,and difficult to control the quality .

In order to solve these problems ,we specially design the device that installed on the HY-1562N ,which can make the complicated work to be easy one .It improve the efficiency obviously .The machine is equipped with adjustable traction and auxiliary device ,which is at the same step with the main engine .Then it can sew very smooth and beautiful stitch .
